As shoppers encounter Vestee's cash back offers during checkout, they might have several questions about how the program works, how to redeem rewards, and how their data is used.

 

Below is a list of frequently asked questions and their answers to help you communicate the Vestee cash back program to shoppers:

1. What is Vestee cash back?

Vestee (getvestee.com) is a cash back program where advertisers collaborate with online merchants to offer shoppers cash back incentives directly on the merchant's website. In exchange for receiving cash back on your purchase, you consent to share your shopping data with the sponsoring advertiser.

2. How do I earn Vestee cash back?

To earn cash back through Vestee:

  • Shop with Partner Brands: Visit the websites of merchants participating in the Vestee program.

  • Opt-In at Checkout: During the checkout process, you'll see an option to receive cash back for your purchase. By selecting this option, you agree to share your shopping data with the advertiser sponsoring the cash back.

  • Complete Your Purchase: After opting in, finalize your purchase as usual.

  • After Your Purchase: Create an account on getvestee.com

Once your purchase is confirmed, Vestee will process your cash back reward.

3. How and when will I receive my cash back?

After completing a qualifying purchase and opting in to share your data, Vestee will process your cash back reward. The exact timing and method of receiving your cash back may vary depending on the merchant and the specific promotion.

 

Typically, cash back is credited to your Vestee account within 30 days and sent directly to your chosen payment method. You will need to log into your Vestee account at getvestee.com to complete your profile and select how to redeem your cash back: PayPal.Me link or Venmo handle.

4. Is there a limit to how much cash back I can earn?

The amount of cash back you can earn may vary based on the specific promotions offered by advertisers and merchants. Some offers may have limits, while others may not. Details about any limits will be provided during the promotion.

5. How is my data used when I opt-in for Vestee cash back?

When you opt-in to receive cash back, you consent to sharing your purchase data with the Advertiser for marketing and analytics purposes. Including your consent to sign up to receive email marketing communications from the Advertiser. This data may be used to personalize offers and improve advertising relevance. You can learn more about how your data is handled in Vestee's Privacy Policy, and you can withdraw consent at any time before the cash back has been paid out to you (typically within 30 days).

Vestee emphasizes that your data is shared only with the advertiser offering the cash back and is not sold to third parties.

6. Can I opt-out of sharing my data after opting in?

If you've opted in, completed a purchase, and received the cash back funds into your account, then the sharing of that specific transaction's data cannot be reversed. However, for future purchases, you can choose not to opt-in for cash back offers, thereby not sharing your data.

If you've opted in, completed a purchase, and have not yet received the cash back funds into your account, you may request to remove your data by emailing support@getvestee.com. By opting-out of sharing your data with the advertiser, you forfeit any cash back previously available to you.

7. Where can I use my Vestee cash back?

Vestee cash back can be redeemed by creating an account at getvestee.com.

 

Once an account is created, go to your profile section and add a payment method where Vestee will send your cash back. Currently, there are two payment methods to redeem your cash:

  1. PayPal.Me link – create your PayPal.Me link and add this link to your profile page.

  2. Venmo – add your Venmo handle to your profile page as well as the last 4 digits of your cell phone.

8. Do I need to install any apps or browser extensions to use Vestee?

No, Vestee does not require you to install any apps or browser extensions. The cash back offers are integrated directly into the checkout process of participating merchants' websites, allowing you to earn rewards seamlessly during your regular shopping experience.

9. What if I have issues receiving my cash back?

If you encounter any issues with receiving your cash back, it's recommended to contact Vestee's support team at support@getvestee.com. They can provide specific information regarding your transaction and assist in resolving any problems.

10. Can I combine Vestee cash back with other discounts or coupons?

The ability to combine Vestee cash back with other promotions depends on the merchant's policies and the specific terms of the cash back offer. Some offers may allow stacking with other discounts, while others may not. It's best to review the terms provided during the promotion or consult the merchant's customer service for clarification.

11. Is Vestee cash back available for international purchases?

Availability of Vestee cash back for international purchases depends on the participating merchants and advertisers. Some offers may be limited to specific regions or countries. Vestee cash back is only offered to payments being made in US Dollars.
